1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapHeadshot (snapheadshot.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SnapHeadshot provides AI-generated professional headshots using uploaded photographs. Results are generated by AI and may not precisely match likeness. We endeavour to produce high-quality outputs but do not guarantee specific results.

3. Credits & Purchases

• Credits are purchased in bundles (1, 3, or 5 credits per package)
• Each credit grants one (1) headshot generation session
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once purchased
• All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only upload photographs of yourself or for which you have explicit permission. You must not use our service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive. You retain rights to photographs you upload; we do not claim ownership.

6. AI-Generated Content Rights

Generated headshots are for your personal or commercial use. You may use them on LinkedIn, CVs, websites, and social media. Redistribution or resale of generated images in exchange for payment is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

We endeavour to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapHeadshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of AI generation, all purchases are final and non-refundable once headshot generation has commenced. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of credits, please contact us at the email below.

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photographs are processed by our AI provider (Astria) and are deleted after headshot generation unless you choose to retain them in your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
